About Victoria
Victoria Waters combines personalised interior design solutions with her customer service expertise to assist hoteliers and restaurateurs to maximise their potential and provide their customers with a superior customer service experience.
Victoria began her career working with leading full service Australian airlines Ansett and Qantas, working closely with world renowned designers such as Marc Newson, Akira Isogawa, Collette Dinnigan and Peter Morrissey. She helped design products and services that ensured the customer experience was unparalleled. After years travelling and working around the world, staying in 5 star hotels and dining in the world's leading restaurants, Victoria developed a keen eye for detail in both design and customer service and has since forged a successful business combining her talents.
Victoria launched her interior design career in 2001 with the opening of a home wares store in Northern New South Wales. After completing her studies in interior design and being nominated as a finalist in the Australian Design Industry Association Awards (DIA) for her classic opulent signature style, she began working with clients in residential interior design and continued her work with Qantas.
On her return to Australia after working on a project in London, she identified a gap in the market. Australia was becoming well known globally for its innovation and laid back lifestyle, and as such the population had become more sophisticated with higher expectations of quality and service. After dining at some of Australia's leading restaurants and experiencing substandard service and poor design, Victoria started talking to hoteliers and restaurateurs and soon discovered her niche.
As a designer you can create a beautiful, amazing space, but if the experience you receive in the process does not meet your expectation, you will be unlikely to be impressed or return.
Victoria now manages a portfolio of both residential and commercial projects working with leading hotels, restaurants and home owners providing innovative, customised design and customer service solutions that exude quality and classic style.
